Maxmudov Kobuljon Muxitdin o‘g‘li was born on May 9, 1994, in a working-class family in Oltinsoy mahalla, Chimyon village, Qo‘rg‘ontepa district, Andijan region. He is Uzbek by nationality.
In 2013, he was admitted to the first year of the “Hydrology” program at the Faculty of Geography of the National University of Uzbekistan named after Mirzo Ulug‘bek, which he successfully graduated from in 2017. In the same year, he was admitted to the Master’s program at the Faculty of Physics, specializing in “Meteorology, Climatology, and Agrometeorology.”
During his Master’s studies (2018–2019), K. Maxmudov worked as an Engineer for Agrometeorological Forecasting at the Center of Hydrometeorological Service (Uzhydromet) under the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Uzbekistan. He successfully completed his Master’s degree in 2019.
From 2019 to 2021, he worked as a methodologist in the Educational and Methodological Support Department of the National University of Uzbekistan named after Mirzo Ulug‘bek.
In 2021–2022, he served as a Tutor for 120 first- and third-year students at the Faculty of Hydrometeorology.
In 2022–2023, he worked as a trainee lecturer at the Department of “Meteorology and Climatology” of the Faculty of Hydrometeorology.
Since November 1, 2024, he has been working as a Lecturer at the Department of Land Hydrology and Meteorology, Faculty of Physics.
During his academic and research career, he has been a co-author of 2 textbooks, the author of 5 scientific articles, and has published abstracts in 6 international and 3 national conferences.
Throughout his pedagogical activity, he has delivered lectures, conducted practical classes, and supervised field training for students.
In addition, during his student years, K. Maxmudov actively participated in faculty- and university-level events and sports competitions. In particular, he showed initiative in community service activities, beautification works, and public events.
