Sirojiddin Komilovich Makhmudov is a lecturer at the Department of Nuclear Physics and Astronomy, Faculty of Physics, National University of Uzbekistan named after Mirzo Ulugbek.

He was born in 1989 in the village of Moylitepa, Payarik district, Samarkand region. In 2007, he graduated from secondary school with honors. In 2010, he enrolled in the Faculty of Physics at the National University of Uzbekistan named after Mirzo Ulugbek.

In 2014, he graduated from the university with a Bachelor’s degree and began his professional career at the Research Institute of Applied Physics of the National University of Uzbekistan.

In 2016, he was admitted to the Master’s program at the Department of Nuclear Physics, Faculty of Physics, specializing in “Atomic Nucleus and Elementary Particle Physics, Accelerator Technology.” He completed his Master’s degree in 2018 and, in 2019, entered a doctoral (PhD) program in the same field.

Since 2022, he has been working as a lecturer at the Department of Nuclear Physics and Astronomy, Faculty of Physics, National University of Uzbekistan named after Mirzo Ulugbek.

S.K. Makhmudov is a co-author of more than 10 scientific articles and over 30 conference abstracts. Under the scientific supervision of Professor I. Kholbayev, he is the author of one monograph and two teaching and methodological manuals.

Since 2022, he has been conducting seminar, laboratory, and practical classes for undergraduate students majoring in “Physics” and “Medical Physics” in the following subjects:
