Born in Urgut district, Samarkand region (1984). Doctor of Philosophy in Geographical Sciences (2018), Associate Professor (2020), Doctor of Geographical Sciences, Dsc (2025). Head of the Department of Land Hydrology and Meteorology, Department of Hydrometeorology, Faculty of Physics, Mirzo Ulugbek National University of Uzbekistan. He graduated from Mirzo Ulugbek National University of Uzbekistan in 2006 and completed his master’s degree in 2008. He was the scientific director of 1 international project and a participant in 2 fundamental and applied projects. Participant of national and international scientific conferences. Author of 5 maps, more than 120 scientific articles, about 30 scientific articles published in national and international periodicals. Co-authored 5 textbooks, 4 teaching and methodological manuals, and 5 monographs. He is a member of the specialized council at NIGMI and a member of the editorial board of the journal “Hydrometeorology and Environmental Protection,” which is listed in the Higher Attestation Commission of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Under K. Rakhmonov supervision, more than 20 bachelor’s theses and 10 master’s theses have been successfully defended.
