Doctor of Philosophy in Geographical Sciences (2018), Associate Professor (2020), Head of the Department of Land Hydrology and Meteorology, Department of Hydrometeorology, Faculty of Physics, Mirzo Ulugbek National University of Uzbekistan. Born in Urgut district, Samarkand region (1984). He graduated from Mirzo Ulugbek National University of Uzbekistan with a bachelor’s degree in 2006 and a master’s degree in 2008.
Participant in national and international scientific conferences. Author of more than 100 scientific articles, about 30 scientific articles published in national and international periodicals. Co-authored 4 textbooks, 4 teaching and methodological manuals, and 4 monographs.
