Ruziev Elbek Tulkinovich was born in 1990 in Olot District, Bukhara Region. He is Uzbek by nationality and married. In 2011, he completed his Bachelor’s degree at the Faculty of Physics of National University of Uzbekistan, and in 2015 obtained a Master’s degree in Nuclear and Elementary Particle Physics.He received the Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Physical and Mathematical Sciences in 2025. Since 2026, he has been working as a lecturer at the Department of Nuclear Physics and Astronomy, Faculty of Physics, Mirzo Ulugbek National University of Uzbekistan. He is a co-author of more than 15 scientific publications.
