Tuychiyev Tohir Tursunbayevich was born on July 29, 1955, in Chirchik city, Tashkent region, Uzbekistan. He is Uzbek by nationality.
From 1972 to 1977, he studied at the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics of Tashkent State University (currently the National University of Uzbekistan). In 1977, he graduated with a degree in Mathematics and obtained the qualification of mathematician and teacher.
He began his professional career in 1977 as an assistant at the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics of Tashkent State University. From 1979 to 1983, he worked as an assistant at the Department of Higher Mathematics of Tashkent Polytechnic Institute.
Between 1983 and 1987, he completed his postgraduate studies at the Institute of Mathematics of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan. From 1987 to 1992, he worked as a senior lecturer at the Department of Mathematical Analysis of Tashkent State University.
Since May 28, 1992, he has been working as an Associate Professor at the Department of Mathematical Analysis, Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics, National University of Uzbekistan.
Academic degree: Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences (PhD equivalent).
Academic title: Associate Professor.
