Alisher Zokirovich Umarov was born on February 9, 1990, in the Khatirchi district of the Navoi region. He is Uzbek by nationality.
In 2009, A. Umarov was admitted to the bachelor’s program at the Faculty of Geography of the National University of Uzbekistan, majoring in Hydrometeorology, and graduated in 2013. From 2013 to 2015, he studied in the master’s program. At the same time, from 2013 to 2017, he worked as a teacher of specialized subjects at the Tashkent College of Hydrometeorology.
In 2018–2019, he served as the Head of the Botanical Garden of the National University of Uzbekistan. In 2019, he worked as the Head of the Department of Technical Teaching Aids, and from 2019 to 2021, as the Head of the Department of Technical Support and Economic Affairs at the National University of Uzbekistan.
In 2021–2022, he worked as a trainee lecturer, and since 2022 up to the present, he has been working as a lecturer at the Department of Land Hydrology and Meteorology.
