He graduated from the Faculty of Geography and Natural Resources of the National University of Uzbekistan with a degree in “Hydrometeorology” in 2021, and from the Faculty of Hydrometeorology with a master’s degree in “Meteorology, Climatology, Agrometeorology” in 2023. He has been working as an intern-teacher at the National University of Uzbekistan since 2024.
