Ziyayev Rahmat Rahimovich – graduated from the Department of Land Hydrology of the Mirzo Ulugbek National University of Uzbekistan in 2010, majoring in Hydrometeorology, and in 2012, he completed his master’s degree in the same department. Associate Professor of the Department of Hydrometeorology, Department of Land Hydrology and Meteorology, Faculty of Physics, Mirzo Ulugbek National University of Uzbekistan. Author of more than 100 scientific works, more than 30 scientific articles published in national and international scientific journals. Author of 2 textbooks, 3 study guides, 2 teaching aids (co-authored), and 6 monographs (co-authored). The textbook he co-authored took first place in the republican competition “Best Textbook and Educational Literature Author of the Year – 2015”.
