On April 21 of this year, a delegation led by the Rector of the Beijing University of Foreign Studies of China visited the National University of Uzbekistan.

The delegation was met by Vice-rector for International Relations Raima Shirinova, Vice-rector for Methodological Support and Quality Control of Education Ravshan Musurmanov, Vice-rector for Research and Innovation Yakub Ergashov, Head of the Department for Work with International Students Ulugbek Akhundadaev, Dean of the Faculty of Journalism and Uzbek Philology Muzaffar Chorshambiev.

It is worth noting that the scientific areas of Beijing Foreign Studies University are in the top ranking of the world.

And in the field of pedagogy it occupies 250-300 places.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the establishment of cooperation between universities. Issues such as student mobility programs between the two universities, the exchange of professors and lecturers, the publication of scientific articles in collaboration, and the organization of international conferences in cooperation with the two universities were also discussed.

After the meeting, the parties agreed to sign a memorandum of cooperation between the two universities.
