Today, in cooperation with the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, the Alliance of International Scientific Organizations (ANSO), the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention, the National University of Uzbekistan named after Mirzo Ulugbek, “Development of biomedicine and innovative research in Uzbekistan” a symposium was held.

At the beginning of the event, Professor Xinghua Sao, director of the management board of the Hong Kong Institute of Science and Innovation of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, was awarded the title of “Honorary Professor” of the National University of Uzbekistan for his services in expanding cooperation in the field of science and education.

Rector of the National University of Uzbekistan Inom Madjidov ceremoniously presented the title certificate to the Chinese scientist.
