Today, on April 17, the Department of French Philology and the Department of Translation Theory and Comparative Linguistics of the Faculty of Foreign Philology held an international scientific and practical conference on the topic “Modern Philological Paradigms: The Interaction of Traditions and Innovative Approaches” at the National University of Uzbekistan.

The conference was attended by prominent scientists and specialists from 10 foreign countries.

The current problems and promising directions in the fields of linguistics and translation studies in the Republic of Uzbekistan and foreign countries were discussed, and experience was exchanged.
