Tripartite Memorandum of Cooperation Signed Between NUUz and Qingdao University

Today, April 22, a delegation from Qingdao University (People’s Republic of China) visited the National University of Uzbekistan named after Mirzo Ulugbek (NUUz).

The guests were received by NUUz Vice-Rectors Ravshan Musurmanov and Komil Inakov, along with heads of relevant departments. The primary objective of the meeting was the signing of a tripartite memorandum of cooperation between the National University of Uzbekistan, Qingdao University, and Lomonosov Moscow State University.

During the negotiations, the parties discussed matters regarding academic mobility, student and faculty exchange programs, joint degree programs, and the implementation of international scientific projects. The Chinese partners provided detailed information on opportunities for supporting research through programs such as the “Chinese Government Scholarship” and the “University President’s Scholarship.”

NUUz Vice-Rector R. Musurmanov emphasized that this agreement would elevate the partnership between the institutions to a new level. The event concluded with the official signing of the memorandum of understanding by all parties.
