On August 6, 2025, representatives of the China International Development and Cooperation Agency (CIDCA), led by Du Zhenli, Chief Advisor of the China International Engineering Consulting Corporation, visited the National University of Uzbekistan.
During the meeting with the CIDCA delegation, Yoqub Ergashev, Vice-Rector for Scientific Affairs and Innovations, held discussions and negotiations. The prospects for financing a project presented by the Nanotechnology Development Center of the University were discussed.
In the second part of the meeting, members of the foreign delegation were introduced to the activities of the Nanotechnology Development Center. A presentation was held on the scientific research conducted in the laboratory, the level of equipment with modern instruments, and the scholars’ developments in priority areas.
Additionally, the prospects for bilateral cooperation and the possibilities of implementing joint scientific projects were discussed.
