On December 22, 2023, 3 speakers from Uzbekistan on the effective use and management of water resources of Uzbekistan and India under the conditions of climate change – K.R. Rakhmanov, G.O. Umirzakov, B.E. Adenbayev and Indian scientists – R. .Remison, B. Sahoo, PS Ghosal, MK Tiwari and S. Mujumdar presented 5 lectures.

During the visit, a meeting was held with Professor (Dr.) Vijay Kumar Srivastava, Vice-Chancellor of Baroda University named after Maharaja Sayajirao.

Negotiations with vice-chancellors of UzMU in connection with the signing of agreements between Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda and the National University of Uzbekistan on the preparation of scientific projects, exchange of professors and students, organization of international conferences it was agreed.
