Biography

  • 2004 — Graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from the Faculty of Physics, National University of Uzbekistan.

  • 2006 — Completed a Master’s degree at the Faculty of Physics, National University of Uzbekistan, specializing in Physical Electronics.

  • 2006–2009 — PhD candidate at the Faculty of Physics, National University of Uzbekistan.

  • 2010–2014 — Laboratory assistant and lecturer at the Department of Physical Electronics.

  • 2015–2018 — Senior Research Fellow at Tashkent State Technical University.

  • 2018–2021 — Head of Department at the Main Scientific-Methodological Center.

  • Since 2021 — Head of the Correspondence (Distance Learning) Department at Mirzo Ulugbek National University of Uzbekistan.

  • Since 2022 — Vice-Rector for Scientific Work and Innovation.

  • Since 2017 — Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Physical and Mathematical Sciences. Defended a dissertation at the Specialized Council of the Institute of Physics and Technology of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the specialty 01.04.04 “Physical Electronics” on the topic: “Regularities of formation and electronic properties of nanoscale structures on the surface and subsurface regions of metals and semiconductors by the ion bombardment method.”

  • In 2020, awarded the academic title of Associate Professor in the specialty of Physical Electronics.

  • In 2020, awarded the academic degree of Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences. Defended a dissertation at the Scientific Council under the Institute of Ion-Plasma and Laser Technologies in the specialty 01.04.04 “Physical Electronics” on the topic: “Physico-technological foundations for the formation of nanoscale structures produced by ion bombardment in the subsurface layers of Nb, Si, CdTe, and CaF2 crystals and their electronic-optical properties.”

  • In 2023, awarded the academic title of Professor in the specialty of Physical Electronics.

  • O’zbekiston Respublikasi qonunlari, Prezident farmonlari va farmoyishlari, Oliy Majlis va Vazirlar Mahkamasining ta’lim va kadrlar tayyorlash sohasidagi qarorlarini amalga oshirishni tashkil etish;
  • Davlat ta’lim standartlari asosida o’quv, ilmiy, moliyaviy va ma’naviy- tarbiya ishlarini tashkil etish va malakali kadrlar tayyorlashni ta’minlash;

  • putting the results of scientific research into practice, organizing innovative activities, establishing scientific cooperation relations with foreign higher education institutions and scientific research institutions;
  • preparation and publication of scientific conference materials, periodical scientific journals and collections of scientific works by the employees of the higher educational institution and ensuring that the library fund is replenished with scientific periodicals in the areas of scientific activity of the higher educational institution;
  • finding and selecting talented young people, managing the processes of working with them and assisting them, managing the process of preparing the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan state scholarship awardees from among doctoral students;to carry out permanent cooperation with higher education institutions in the scientific field, to ensure the active participation of professors and teachers in conferences and seminars, to work in cooperation with local authorities;
  • organizing and controlling the activities of the commercialization department of scientific and innovative developments;
  • use of international scientific and technical databases, preparation and publication of articles in international scientific journals, implementation of measures to increase their citation;
  • to establish and effectively operate Academic Councils awarding academic degrees in higher educational institutions.
