The Department of Marketing and Student Practice deals with:

  • Ensuring the implementation of decisions of the Collegium of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as orders of the university and decisions of the Council within the time period established by the department, control and determination of appropriate measures;
  • Organization and implementation of the distribution of university graduates in accordance with the "Regulations on the procedure for targeted education based on state grants" in cooperation with deans and heads of departments;
  • formation of a database based on the study of the needs of enterprises, institutions and organizations in higher education personnel trained in higher educational institutions;
  • systematically analyzes and evaluates the process of employment of graduates of higher educational institutions, directs the activities of higher educational institutions to meet the real needs of institutions, enterprises and organizations in the area where the higher educational institution is located;
  • Regional study of the need for young specialists with higher education in the sectors of the economy of the republic in cooperation with potential employers (consumers), taking into account the rapid change in the processes of marketing services in higher education and the interdependence of labor market development dynamics;
  • Participates in the preparation, adoption and implementation of management decisions in the field of higher education and areas of training and in the market of educational services. Develop practical proposals and take appropriate measures to ensure the training of competitive personnel;
  • discussion of the customer's requirements for the quality of personnel in the learning process in the board of the university, organization of advertising of graduates through television, radio, newspapers and other media;
  • Timely submission of documents to the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education for the study of the labor market, the formation of proposals on the parameters of admission based on consumer orders of graduates, the creation of a database of higher educational institutions upon admission, student body, employment of graduates;
  • To study the process of organizing student practice in enterprises, institutions and organizations, analyze the results of the study and develop problems and proposals and present them to the leadership of the higher educational institution.
