As part of their visit to the Republic of Karakalpakstan, students of the National University of Uzbekistan held a series of joint events with students of Berdakh Karakalpak State University.
In particular, “Munozara” (debate) sessions and chess and checkers games were organized in the student dormitory with the participation of young people. These activities aimed to enhance students’ intellectual potential and ensure meaningful use of their free time.

It is worth noting that a memorandum and a concrete action plan aimed at strengthening bilateral cooperation have been signed between the National University of Uzbekistan and Karakalpak State University. Within the framework of this cooperation, various cultural, educational, environmental and sports events, as well as youth-focused initiatives, are being consistently implemented.

Additionally, as part of the visit, a tree-planting campaign was organized under the nationwide “Yashil Makon” project. Students from both universities actively participated, contributing to the expansion of green areas, improvement of the ecological environment, and promotion of a responsible attitude toward nature.

During the event, future plans for the care and maintenance of the planted trees were also outlined.
Today, cooperation between NUUz and KSU students continues to develop in various directions, and such initiatives play an important role in increasing youth social engagement and strengthening friendly relations among them.
