The National University of Uzbekistan Hosts the International Symposium “Rakhmatulin Readings”

From October 23 to 25, the National University of Uzbekistan is hosting the International Symposium “Rakhmatulin Readings”, dedicated to the theory of elastic–plastic deformation, multiphase fluid mechanics, and experimental aerodynamics.

This scientific event aims to foster the development of science in Uzbekistan, advance research in the field of mechanics to a new level, promote the effective use of international innovations, and strengthen academic cooperation with foreign institutions.

More than 40 leading scientists from Russia, India, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, and Kyrgyzstan are taking part in the symposium. Among them are renowned experts and academicians of the Russian Academy of Sciences — R.I. Nigmatulin, S.L. Chernyshev, K.I. Sipalo, and V.P. Matvienko — who are presenting their scientific perspectives on pressing issues in mechanics.

The symposium also brings together prominent Uzbek scholars, university professors, researchers, and students from higher education institutions and scientific research institutes of the Academy of Sciences of Uzbekistan.

Throughout the event, participants are discussing topical problems of continuum mechanics, theoretical and applied mechanics, sharing scientific ideas and practical experience. The symposium also serves as a valuable professional platform and training ground for young scientists and researchers.

As part of the program, scientific reports are being presented, section discussions are held, and cutting-edge research developments are showcased.
