By the decision of the University Council No. 3 of October 31, 2024, the following was determined:

1. Starting from the 2024-2025 academic year, final assessments for students of the full-time form of education (as necessary for other forms of education), admitted to the university for the 1st year, shall be carried out in the following order:

final checks for inter-faculty subjects in the form of tests;
final checks for subjects other than those taught between faculties are carried out in writing (by encryption).

2. In order to ensure the transparency of the final controls and the objectivity and fairness of the assessment of their results:

final controls are organized by the Educational and Methodological Department;
encryption of final controls in the prescribed manner is carried out by the Registrar’s Office.

3. Assessments based on the results of the control are entered into the HEMIS information system within 3 days after the final control by the relevant professors and teachers (except for cases where tests were taken in the HEMIS information system).
