Today, May 14, the Rector of the National University of Uzbekistan, Inom Madjidov, received a delegation led by the Rector of Hamdan Bin Muhammad Smart University, Dr. Mansur Alavar.

This university is considered the leading higher education institution in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and was established in 2002 under the patronage of Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai.

Recognized as the first accredited intellectual university in the Arab world, offering innovative and flexible educational models through advanced technologies.

The uniqueness of the Smart University lies in the combination of smart education: online, distance learning forms, as well as the widespread use of modern digital remote technologies and artificial intelligence.

The future skills and digital transformation of education are a strategic priority of this intellectual university.

Rector Inom Madjidov supported the opinion of the head of the delegation and noted that this meeting is beneficial for both sides, especially the importance of cooperation in applying Smart University’s 23-year experience in implementing distance learning.

At the end of the meeting, the idea of launching a cooperation program between the two universities in the field of master’s degree and creating an online platform for studying was approved.
