On September 23–25, the National University of Uzbekistan named after Mirzo Ulugbek is hosting the 4th International Scientific and Practical Conference on “Modeling and Simulation of Social-Behavioral Phenomena in Creative Societies” (MSBC–2026). Organized biennially, this prestigious event was initiated and directly arranged by the NUUz Department of Computational Linguistics and Applied Linguistics.

The conference is jointly organized with the Lithuanian Operational Research Society (LITORS), Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, Turan University, Narxoz University (Kazakhstan), Hamburg University of Applied Sciences (HAW Hamburg, Germany), University of Arkansas at Little Rock (USA), Klaipėda University, and Vytautas Magnus University (Lithuania). The event is also supported by the Association of European Operational Research Societies (EURO) and the international scientific journal “Science and Innovation.”

The forum brings together representatives from leading higher education institutions and research centers, prominent scientists, and young researchers from numerous countries, including European nations, China, Azerbaijan, Greece, Lithuania, Germany, Australia, India, Georgia, Turkey, Russia, and Kazakhstan.

The conference features panel sessions and plenary lectures focused on key contemporary areas: • Artificial Intelligence and Large Language Models (LLMs); • Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Language Technologies; • Social-Behavioral Phenomenon Modeling and Digital Twins; • Application of Economic Systems and Game Theory Models; • Regional Studies, Sustainable Development, and Educational Technologies.

International Recognition and Publication Opportunities

A major highlight of the conference is that selected research papers and articles presented at the event are scheduled for publication and indexing in the Springer international database.
