Today, the opening ceremony of the 2026 mass sports competitions within the framework of the “Five Initiatives Olympiad,” organized by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, the Ministry of Sports and the Youth Affairs Agency, took place at the National University of Uzbekistan.

The solemn event was attended by the leadership of the university, deans of faculties, professors and teachers, the team of the sports club of NUUz, students and representatives of the general public.

During the competitions, students will compete in mini-football, volleyball, table tennis, track and field, and streetball. All participants are registered through the 5tashabbus.uz electronic platform, and the competitions are held in accordance with the established Regulations.
