Proxorova Lyudmila Lvovna

Prokhorova Lyudmila Lvovna, citizen of the Russian Federation, candidate of pedagogical sciences. Since 2020, she has been collaborating with the National University of Uzbekistan named after Mirzo Ulugbek. From 2007 to 2019, she worked at the International Educational and Scientific Center of the Russian Language of the Russian State University for the Humanities (RSUH), Moscow. She completed an internship at the University of Ghent (Belgium), master classes in Mongolia (the cities of Ulaanbaatar, Darkhan), Turkmenistan (Ashgabat), Italy (University of Padua); participant in scientific conferences in different countries. Co-author of the “Dictionary of Historical Terms on the History of Uzbekistan” (jointly with V.A. Kostetsky). Compiler of the “Dictionary of Environmental Terms Taking into Account the Realities of Uzbekistan” (documents have been submitted for a patent). Author of the courses: “Video materials in Russian language classes for foreign students”, “Cartoons in studying Russian as a foreign language”.


Ma’lumoti
  • In 1983-1989, she studied at the Tashkent State University, Faculty of Philology, specializing in “Russian Language and Literature”.
  • In 2000-2005, she completed postgraduate studies at the Federal Institute for Education Development of the Russian Federation.
  • In 2005, she defended her PhD thesis on the topic: “Formation of professional competence of students from multi-ethnic groups of technical universities in Russian language classes using lexicographic sources” (13.00.02) and was awarded the academic degree of Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences.
