At the initiative of the Department of “Pedagogical Education” of the Faculty of Social Sciences of the National University of Uzbekistan, an international scientific and practical conference was organized on the topic “Global Education and Universal Values: Problems and Solutions”.

The conference was attended by more than 100 distinguished scientists, professors, teachers, young researchers and students from higher educational institutions and scientific centers of Azerbaijan, the Russian Federation, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan and our country. The event discussed the conceptual foundations of education in the context of globalization, issues of educating young people on the basis of universal values, and international exchange of experience.

During the conference, a number of scientific reports were heard on the theoretical and methodological foundations of global education, modern pedagogical approaches, the introduction of innovative technologies into the educational process and effective methods aimed at improving the quality of education. Special attention was also paid to the issues of developing the scientific potential of young scientists and increasing their activity in the international scientific arena.

At the end of the conference, a collection of scientific articles was published, and active participants were awarded certificates and letters of appreciation. This event was an important step towards developing the system of higher education, science and innovation, improving it in accordance with international standards.
