EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES FOR GRADUATES DISCUSSED AT THE FACULTIES OF FOREIGN PHILOLOGY AND PHYSICS

Today, the Faculties of Foreign Philology and Physics of the National University of Uzbekistan named after Mirzo Ulugbek held discussions on ongoing efforts and the current status of employment support for graduates of the 2025/2026 academic year.

The meetings were attended by faculty deans, heads of departments, and academic staff assigned to work with graduating students. Shukhrat Toshmatov, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, and Mansur Mamanazarov, Head of the Marketing and Alumni Relations Department, listened to reports from department heads and assessed the effectiveness of the measures being implemented.

During the discussions, particular attention was paid to improving graduate employment rates, helping graduates find jobs relevant to their academic qualifications, strengthening cooperation with employers, and providing individual support to each graduate who has not yet secured employment.

The participants also exchanged views on engaging graduates in the “Kelajakka qadam” programme, supporting their entrepreneurial initiatives, uploading their CVs to the career.edu.uz and osonish.uz electronic platforms, and making effective use of the opportunities offered by these platforms.

At the conclusion of the meetings, appropriate measures were identified to make full use of the available opportunities to support graduate employment, achieve tangible results, and ensure the timely implementation of the assigned tasks.
