The National University of Uzbekistan hosted another meeting between the university leadership and youth, aimed at enhancing the political, legal, and economic knowledge of students, as well as establishing an open dialogue with them.
The Rector of the university, Inom Madjidov, opened the meeting with an introductory speech, emphasizing that conducting direct and open dialogues with youth today is a requirement of the time and one of the priority areas of state policy.

The event was attended by Erkin Gadoyev, Chairman of the Senate Committee of the Oliy Majlis on Budget and Economic Reforms, and Qobil Tursunov, Deputy Chairman of the Committee. They highlighted that the success of the large-scale economic reforms implemented in our country directly depends on young personnel equipped with modern knowledge and skills, expressing positive remarks about the significant role and intellectual potential of the Faculty of Economics students in this process.

During the panel discussion, students from the Faculty of Economics demonstrated high engagement, asking questions about the ongoing economic reforms in the country, state programs aimed at supporting youth, and the modernization processes within the higher education system. The senators provided detailed and well-founded answers to each student’s inquiry, endorsing the scientific and social initiatives of talented youth.

During the meeting, which was held at a high level in a warm and constructive atmosphere, the importance of increasing the socio-political activity of student youth in public life and systematically reviewing their suggestions and feedback was noted. At the end of the event, views were exchanged on directing youth toward science and encouraging their intellectual potential.
