The “Rector’s Cup” sports competition was organized among students of secondary schools in the Almazar district of Tashkent, affiliated with the National University of Uzbekistan, under the slogan “Sport is a field of friendship and unity.”

🔺Teams from 8 secondary schools in the Almazar district participated in this competition. Students competed in mini-football and volleyball, demonstrating their physical fitness, team spirit, and sportsmanship.

🔺The main goal of the competition was to meaningfully organize the students’ free time, promote a healthy lifestyle, strengthen an atmosphere of mutual respect and friendship, and further enhance their patriotic feelings.

According to the results of the competition, the winners and prize-winners were determined as follows:

Mini football (boys)
🥇 1st place — team of secondary school No. 191;
🥈 2nd place — team of secondary school No. 261.

Volleyball (girls)
🥇 1st place — team of secondary school No. 261;
🥈 2nd place — team of secondary school No. 111;
🥉 3rd place — team of secondary school No. 191.

Volleyball (boys)
🥇 1st place — team of secondary school No. 111.

At the end of the competition, the winning and prize-winning teams were awarded with diplomas and souvenirs.
