Today, on June 11, an online meeting was held with the participation of representatives from the National University of Uzbekistan and the National Research University “Higher School of Economics” (HSE), at the initiative of the HSE.
The online meeting was attended by Marina Batalina, Semyon Voytov, and Sofia Rashitova from the Higher School of Economics, and Raima Shirinova, Nodir Narziev, Jasur Karimov, Komiljon Inakov, and Vokhid Topildiev from the National University of Uzbekistan.
It is known that in April, a delegation led by Nikita Anisimov, Rector of the Higher School of Economics, visited the National University of Uzbekistan. During today’s meeting, the parties discussed launching a joint degree program to further develop cooperation between the two institutions. In particular, they exchanged views on establishing a master’s program in the field of law and discussed educational programs and curricula.
Additionally, an agreement was reached to sign a student exchange contract in the near future. At the end of the meeting, the leadership of both universities agreed to familiarize themselves with curricula and regulatory documents and to participate in the next stages with concrete proposals.
