ECAMPUZ – European World Talent Camp for Uzbekistan Scientists in Food Science and Technology (ERASMUS-EDU-2022-CBHE) project, co-funded by the European Union, is pleased to announce The First Silk Road Conference on Food Science and Foodomics.
The First Silk Road Conference on Food Science and Foodomics marks the first international event in Uzbekistan dedicated to bringing together academia and the food industry. This conference will host more than five world-leading scientists who will deliver plenary lectures in key areas including food microbiology, food and health, food law and regulation, sensory science, foodomics, oxidation in food and food analytical technologies.
