Today, on May 8, the Mirzo Ulugbek National University of Uzbekistan, in cooperation with the Tashkent City Branch of the Trade Union of Education and Science of Uzbekistan, held a spiritual and educational conference “Meeting of Three Generations: “Traditions and Values”.

The event was attended by Inom Madjidov, Rector of the National University of Uzbekistan, Shukhrat Jalilov, Deputy Chairman of the Republican Council of the Trade Union of Education and Science of Uzbekistan, Abdukhalil Rakhmonov, Chairman of the Council of the Tashkent City Branch of the Trade Union of Education and Science of Uzbekistan, honored teachers, professors and students.

The conference was attended by Raima Shirinova, Vice-Rector for International Relations, University Professor, Academician Bakriddin Zaripov, Director of the Center for the Development of Nanotechnologies, Academician Komil Muqimov, Professor of the Department of the Latest History of Uzbekistan Rahbarkhon Murtazayeva, Dean of the Faculty of History Alisher Muminov, Professor of the Department of Philosophy Lalikhon Mukhammadjonova spoke.

During the event, the honorary teachers spoke about their work, work experience, and achievements, and also emphasized the need to appreciate the opportunities created for every person who wants to study in our New Uzbekistan, to appreciate this opportunity and use it effectively.

Representatives of the middle generation and talented students who spoke at the event enthusiastically expressed their opinions about the opportunities created in our country and noted the need to organize more such events, and that such events serve as a living school for young people.

Representatives of three generations were awarded souvenirs from the Tashkent branch of the Trade Union of Education and Science Workers of Uzbekistan at the event.
