During President Shavkat Mirziyoyev’s open dialogue with the youth of our country, held on February 14, 2025, important reforms aimed at ensuring the employment of university graduates were proposed. At the initiative of the head of our state, the National Bank launched the “Step to the Future” program to transform the initiatives and ideas of university graduates into projects.

Today, February 28, a meeting was held at the National University of Uzbekistan with representatives of the “Step to the Future” center of JSC “Uzmilliybank.” The Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs of NUUz, Shukhrat Toshmatov, and the director of the center, Elmurod Khoshimov, exchanged views on matters of mutual cooperation.

During the dialogue, issues of establishing cooperation between the Center and the university on the implementation of the “Step to the Future” Program, aimed at assisting graduates of NUUz in finding employment, were discussed.

At the end of the meeting, a memorandum of cooperation was signed. This agreement will serve to ensure the successful integration of young specialists into the labor market, promote their professional development, and provide employers with qualified personnel.
