Cooperation with the Italian University of Modena.

The National University of Uzbekistan named after Mirzo Ulugbek has cooperated with many Italian universities and an official memorandum has been signed with 3 Italian higher education institutions. Currently, the National University of Uzbekistan is making many efforts to improve cooperation with Italian universities. As an example, we can take the University of Modena, Italy.

Professor Enrico Benassi of the University of Modena, Italy, visited the National University of Uzbekistan on December 9, 2023.

Vice-rector for International Relations Raima Shirinova and Head of the Department of Organic Synthesis and Applied Chemistry Ilyas Khudoynazarov took part in the meeting.

During the meeting, opinions were expressed about expanding cooperation with the Italian University of Modena, publishing scientific articles in the database of Scopus in the field of chemistry in cooperation with the aim of increasing the scientific potential of the two universities, and ensuring the mobility of teachers and professors. At the same time, Professor Enrico Benassi mentioned that he can give lectures to the students of the Faculty of Chemistry in 2024.
