Muslima Saidova, a 2nd-year student majoring in “Philology and Language Teaching (German)” at the Department of German Philology, Faculty of Foreign Philology, has delivered a worthy performance at the national stage of the “Young Reader” (Yosh kitobxon) contest.
This contest, traditionally held on the initiative of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, plays a significant role in enhancing the reading culture and intellectual potential of the younger generation. At the conclusion of the contest, the Head of State held a warm meeting with the young readers and launched a brand-new project — the “Reading Movement” (Kitobxonlik harakati), aimed at elevating the country’s reading culture to a new level.

For her successful participation in the contest, Muslima Saidova was awarded a cash prize of 10 million UZS. This achievement is the result of her boundless love for books, as well as the fruitful work of her dedicated mentors who taught her the secrets of knowledge.
The community of our university sincerely congratulates Muslima Saidova on this high achievement.
