It is known that this year negotiations were held between the National University of Uzbekistan and the Roorkee Institute of Technology of India, and a memorandum based on strategic cooperation in various fields was signed.

In order to implement this agreement, today, December 16, 2022, a video conference was held between representatives of the Department of International Relations of the National University of Uzbekistan and representatives of the management of the Roorkee Institute of Technology of India.

This institute occupies high places in the world rankings, in particular, it managed to take the 400th place in the QS ranking.

During the online dialogue, mutual opinions were exchanged on the exchange of experience, establishment of effective cooperation in various directions, in particular, on the further expansion of academic mobility of professors and teachers and students.

Also, the achievements of the Roorkee Institute of Technology in the field of mathematics were specially recognized.

The fact that 2 students of the National University of Uzbekistan studied at this university on academic mobility was the first step of this cooperation.
