A delegation from the Saint Petersburg Higher School of Economics of Russia visited NUUz

On December 19, 2022, a delegation led by Anna Tishestkaya, director of the St. Petersburg Higher School of Economics of Russia, visited the National University of Uzbekistan.

They were welcomed by employees of the international department and representatives of the Faculty of Economics. It is known that a memorandum of cooperation was signed with this university this year, and the parties regularly meet to define and implement the directions of cooperation.

The meeting mainly discussed the results and experience of the university in the international ranking, as well as issues related to scientific cooperation.

Also, the universities exchanged views on a number of issues such as cooperation of the scientific team, joint scientific projects, two leaderships in scientific research in international journals.

The director of the university, Anna Tishetskaya, said that she is ready to organize internships, especially for the employees of the department of organizing international ratings and the scientific department.

At the end of the meeting, coordinators were appointed for these issues and it was agreed to develop a mechanism for their implementation.

As previously reported, cooperation relations have been established between NUUz and the St. Petersburg Higher School of Economics of Russia. Together with the exchange of professors and teachers and students, mutual experience exchange on participation in international ratings has been established.

On January 13, 2023, an online dialogue was held with Larisa Aleksandrovna, a professor of the St. Petersburg Higher School of Economics, an expert on international ratings.

Also, ideas were exchanged about international cooperation, development of scientific research projects, writing of articles, and experiences in this direction.

At the end of the meeting, the Russian expert invited the specialists of the department of participation in international ratings to training courses and it was noted that they will be provided with the necessary information.
