The National University of Uzbekistan welcomed a delegation from the Sharif Hidayatullah Islamic University of Indonesia

The delegation with the head of the International Cooperation Department of the Sharif Hidayatullah Islamic University of Indonesia, Prof. Maila Dinia Husni Rahiem visited to the National University of Uzbekistan on November 24, 2023.

The delegation was welcomed by Vice-rector for International Relations Raima Shirinova and Head of Department of International Student Affairs Diyora Islamova.

Prof. Maila Dinia Husni Rahiem gave full information about the Islamic University of Indonesia and expressed her pleasure to cooperate with the National University of Uzbekistan in many fields of education. At the meeting, opinions were expressed about scientific cooperation between the two universities, publishing articles in social sciences and psychology on the base of Scopus, creating academic mobility programs for teachers and students, and organizing international conferences on gender equality. At the end of the meeting, it was agreed to sign a bilateral cooperation memorandum.
