Today, March 31, a memorandum of cooperation was signed between the Senate Committee on Science, Education and Healthcare of the Oliy Majlis and the Mirzo Ulugbek National University of Uzbekistan.

Within the framework of the memorandum, it is envisaged to engage university scholars in reviewing draft laws and regulatory legal acts, as well as in conducting their scientific expertise, providing academic substantiation of legislative initiatives, studying advanced international practices, and introducing modern approaches.

The parties also plan to implement scientific results into practice, organize joint events on pressing issues, and ensure the participation of experts in parliamentary hearings and committee meetings.

It is emphasized that this cooperation will evolve into a sustainable and continuous platform aimed at enhancing the effectiveness of lawmaking.
