NUUz Professor Participates in International Academic Week in Spain

From April 20 to 25, 2026, as part of the “International Relations Week – 2026” hosted by the University of Granada (Spain), an Erasmus+ professional development course is being held. Professor Nilufar Abdurakhmanova, Head of the Department of Computational Linguistics and Applied Linguistics at the Faculty of Journalism and Uzbek Philology of the National University of Uzbekistan, is participating in this program, which focuses on developing institutional and academic capacity in higher education.

This international event brings together faculty members and specialists from higher education institutions in Sweden, Italy, France, Poland, Turkey, Kazakhstan, and over ten countries across Africa and Latin America.

Throughout the program, participants are enhancing their knowledge and skills in intercultural dialogue, modern scientific advancements, and innovative approaches to the educational process. This academic environment facilitates the exchange of experience among representatives of various regions, fosters open dialogue, and serves to establish promising partnerships in the field of education.

Furthermore, the training course provides practical experience in designing and implementing international projects under the Erasmus+ program. This not only strengthens the professional competencies of the participants but also lays a solid foundation for expanding international innovative cooperation within the higher education system.
