The National University of Uzbekistan hosted an international scientific conference on “Current problems of stochastic analysis” on the occasion of the 106th anniversary of the birth of outstanding mathematicians – Academician S.H. Sirojiddinov, Academician Sh.K. Formanov, and the 40th anniversary of the World Congress of the Bernoulli Society.

The opening ceremony of the prestigious conference was attended by prominent scientists, professors, teachers, and researchers in the field of probability theory and mathematical statistics from Uzbekistan and foreign countries. During the event, special attention was paid to the current areas of modern mathematics, the development of scientific cooperation, and the support of young scientists.

The speakers were Academician S.H. Sirojiddinov and Academician Sh.K. Formanovs in the development of mathematics, in particular probability theory and mathematical statistics, in Uzbekistan. Their work in creating a scientific school, training highly qualified personnel, and strengthening international scientific ties was highly recognized.

The conference is planned to feature lectures on stochastic analysis, mathematical modeling, statistical methods, and promising areas of modern scientific research. This international scientific conference is significant in that it serves to exchange advanced experiences in the field of mathematics and further expand international scientific cooperation.
